Since our services involve digital assessments and counseling, refunds are limited.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted if:

  • Payment was made but service was not delivered
  • Technical errors prevented access to purchased services
  • Duplicate payment occurred

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Assessment or counseling service is already completed
  • User dissatisfaction due to personal expectations
  • Incorrect information was provided by the user
